  Molly and Ryan were absolutely both TERRIFIC and explained everything !!! I will recommend them to everyone that I know who needs a new phone. I give them 6 stars, not 5. They are excellent employees, and should be recognized for all of their hard work and efforts.

  My old IPhone 5s went out so I needed a new phone, I went into this store because it’s the closest to my house. Ryan helped me out right when i walked in the door. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. He never pushed me to buy anything that I didn’t need (for example I didn’t know if I wanted an IPhone 8 or IPhone X, and he talked me out of the X and suggested I get the 8 based on what I need it for). I’ve gone to other Verizon stores and never left feeling so good. I’ve had to deal with DMV and USPS on an ongoing issue for the last 6 months, so this experience was a breath of fresh air. On the other hand, they only had the black IPhone 8... which is what I wanted, but I think they could benefit from more in-stock options. Thank you Ryan for great customer service!!
